Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE®)
Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE) is a body-based method designed to activate natural neurogenic tremors that help release deep muscular tension and support nervous system regulation. During the session, participants are guided through a sequence of simple exercises followed by a controlled tremor response, allowing the body to discharge accumulated stress in a safe and structured way.

Instructor Introduction
Heidi Naakka works as an artist-expert at the Union of Theatre and Media Employees (TEME). She is also a trained mental performance coach.

- Worked with diverse groups including HUS nurses and midwives, consulting company staff, national team ski jumping coaches, and theatre professionals
- Long-term collaboration with the Finnish Migraine Association (6 years) and TRE Finland (5 years)
Building the Stage
Gautam Vishwanath guides you through the three-day workshop to explore the creative and strategic potential of extended reality (XR) — including VR, AR, MR, AI, and gamification — for storytelling, design, and innovation. Participants move from inspiration to hands-on prototyping using no-code tools and XR headsets, developing immersive concepts tailored to their goals. The final session focuses on refining prototypes and creating a clear six-month roadmap for continued growth and implementation.
